These Terms govern your use of StellrEdge (stellredge.com), operated from Las Vegas, Nevada ("StellrEdge", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
StellrEdge is a sports betting analytics and information service. We aggregate publicly available sportsbook prices, compute de-vigged consensus probabilities ("fair"), flag pricing discrepancies, publish a graded pick record, and provide an AI analyst ("Edge") whose outputs are informational.
StellrEdge is not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, or broker wagers, hold gambling funds, or facilitate gambling transactions. Any bets you place are made independently, with licensed operators, at your sole discretion and risk.
You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for sports-wagering content in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally permitted to view such content where you live. The service is offered from the United States and may not be appropriate elsewhere.
Sports outcomes are uncertain. Fair numbers, flags, picks, conviction labels, and Edge's answers are estimates and opinions derived from market data, provided for information only. They are not financial, investment, or gambling advice, and nothing here guarantees winnings or any outcome. Past record — published, losses included — does not predict future results. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in methods (Google, passkeys, email codes) secure. You must provide accurate information and may not share, sell, or transfer access. One account per person.
Paid tiers are billed by our payment processor, Stripe; StellrEdge never sees or stores full card numbers. Prices, tiers, trial terms, and included features are shown at checkout and may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing period. Where a free trial is offered, a payment method may be required and the subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless cancelled first. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, though we may issue refunds at our discretion.
You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute the service's data, picks, flags, or Edge outputs; probe or disrupt the service; use it for unlawful purposes; or attempt to circumvent access controls, gates, or usage limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
The service — including its design, code, data compilations, wordmark, and content — belongs to StellrEdge or its licensors. Team and league names and marks belong to their owners; StellrEdge is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team, or sportsbook.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; lines move. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StellrEdge's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for gambling losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance.
